Landlord Fees
The following fees apply to landlords who instruct us to provide lettings and property management services.
Full Property Management
Full Property Management charge is 7% of gross monthly rent
Included in this service:

Arranging repairs and maintenance

Conducting annual property inspections

Liaise with tenants and contractors

Handling complaints and tenancy issues
Tenant Find Service
Tenant Finding charge is 3 weeks' of gross monthly rent
Included in this service:

Marketing the property

Conducting viewings

Tenant referencing

Right to Rent checks

Preparation of tenancy documentation

Arranging tenancy commencement

Register deposits
Optional Extra Services
Inventory & Schedule of Condition - £200
Tenancy Renewal / Extension (including deposit re-registration where required) - £50
Additional Property Visit (one annual inspection is included within management fee) - £100 per visit
Waiting for Contractor Attendance - £25 per hour

Fees may vary where additional services are requested or where the property has specific requirements. Any additional charges will be agreed with the landlord in advance.
